Need a Pharmacy?
Block Island does not have a pharmacy on-island. If you need a prescription filled or transferred, you (or your prescriber) will need to contact one of the following nearby pharmacies:
• McQuade’s Marketplace Pharmacy (401) 596-0277
• CVS – 151 Franklin St, Westerly, RI (401) 596-8182
Both pharmacies offer delivery service to the Westerly Airport. Be sure to let them know your medication is headed to Block Island.
Once your package arrives, the airport will call the number you provided. You’ll need to go to the airport to pick it up. A small freight charge (typically under $5) will be required upon pickup.
